Weekend Fresh Sheet

What a gorgeous day! Celebrate this weekend with our seafood special—Chef Justin is presenting his light, yet flavorful, Dover Sole. Chef will sauté each dish with local, white wine and a measure of ingenuity. Our Friday and Saturday fish special is prepared to order and served with fresh Parsnip Mash Potatoes. The seafood entrée will pair well with a glass of Sun River Vintners Gewurztraminer or a pint of Fremont Brewing’s Summer Light Ale.

If you’re looking for a dish that’s a little heartier (though certainly no less flavorful!), Chef is preparing Grilled Lamb Chops to be served with our House Cous Cous Salad. The chops are gently marinated and grilled to perfection before rested on the salad to form a perfect union. Sleeping Dog Syrah will pair well with this dish as well as the River City Brewing R.C. Red Ale.

As for appetizers, Steamed Penn Cove Mussels in beurre blanc are back on the menu this weekend. It seems like our patrons just can’t get enough of this rich favorite. This starter is served with dipping bread and is a wonderful beginning to your meal.

Mid-Week Fresh Sheet – Thursday Revisited

Happy Thursday, everyone! Get through the work week by indulging in some of our delicious mid-week specials! Our Occasional Entrées went so quickly, we had to add another. Tonight we are featuring a freshly-made Creamy Alfredo Linguine with a Grilled Chicken Breast. This pairs perfectly with the Kiona Dry Reisling.

Our sandwich special tonight is a hearty Cheesesteak. Thinly-sliced pieces of juicy steak and melted provolone cheese merge inside a soft, locally-baked roll. This epic sandwich comes topped with grilled fresh peppers and onions and with a side of our homemade chips. Pair this hefty dish with a glass of Pike Brewing‘s Naughty Nellie Golden Ale for an ultimate dining experience.

Enjoy a Fox and Bear twist on a tasty classic: Fish and Chips. These mouthwatering morsels of cod are hand-chopped fillets set up with crisp fries and a light vinaigrette salad.  Dip these babies into our House Tartar Sauce for an extra splash of flavor and pair your meal with a glass of Goodlife Brewing Descender IPA or Okanogan Pinot Grigio.

Also, due to popular demand, our Homemade Angus Meatloaf served with (Rustic Mash Potatoes, of course) is rounding out the daily specials list. Chef blends no-hormone Open Prairie beef and our enhanced Red Wine Barbecue sauce into this savory dish. Weekend Fresh Sheet | Mother’s Day Special

Mother’s Day is almost upon us and there’s no better way to celebrate Mom than with an incredible meal to start her weekend off with a bang.* This Friday and Saturday, honor motherhood by ordering either our lush, fresh Chinook Salmon or rich Filet Mignon. Your entrée choice comes with a starter salad of garden greens tossed in red-wine vinaigrette and a farm fresh Crème Brûlée for dessert!

(*You need not actually be a mother to order this meal. You simply have to appreciate a mother to enjoy this special.)

The delicate salmon will pair well with L’ecole No. 41 Estate Luminesce  or Horse Heaven Hills Brewery‘s Saddle Up Saison. The decadent filet mignon is ultimately complemented by a glass of Céilí Winery Fion Cumasc Dearg Red Blend or Fremont Brewing‘s InterUrban IPA.
