What a gorgeous day! Celebrate this weekend with our seafood special—Chef Justin is presenting his light, yet flavorful, Dover Sole. Chef will sauté each dish with local, white wine and a measure of ingenuity. Our Friday and Saturday fish special is prepared to order and served with fresh Parsnip Mash Potatoes. The seafood entrée will pair well with a glass of Sun River Vintners‘ Gewurztraminer or a pint of Fremont Brewing’s Summer Light Ale.
If you’re looking for a dish that’s a little heartier (though certainly no less flavorful!), Chef is preparing Grilled Lamb Chops to be served with our House Cous Cous Salad. The chops are gently marinated and grilled to perfection before rested on the salad to form a perfect union. Sleeping Dog Syrah will pair well with this dish as well as the River City Brewing R.C. Red Ale.
As for appetizers, Steamed Penn Cove Mussels in beurre blanc are back on the menu this weekend. It seems like our patrons just can’t get enough of this rich favorite. This starter is served with dipping bread and is a wonderful beginning to your meal.
